Mim

She has been building her daily practice since 2013 after being a regular gym goer for the twenty years. Mim quickly felt the transformative effects of those practice in her own life. Drawn primarily to power yoga marring her love of fitness and strength with overall therapeutic effects of the practice. She brings an energy and playfulness into her practice that is infectious and encourages those around her to let curiosity and lightness of heart define their own asana practice. She deeply believes that a fulfilling journey through life comes from honing a strong body and mind and slowing down and being mindful or ones actions towards self and others. Come join her for a class, she will certainly test your strength but with an open and playful heart. She will give modifications so all levels can join her classes.

Danna

Who is she? Well, she is someone currently living in alignment with who she is. Passionate about health, with a background in Nutrition and Health Promotion. Danna’s passion for health led her to yoga in college, finding herself in love with the practice a few years after graduating. Danna moved back to her hometown and joined Norther Roots Yoga. She made many connections, Mim became a mentor to her and encouraged Danna to teach yoga. She joined yoga teacher training at Heart Space Yoga Center in St Johnsbury in 2022. She felt a genuine pull to yoga and helping others. Danna is currently inspired by all things Nervous System Regulation – through yoga, breathwork, and sound healing. She is Sound and Vibrational Therapies Certified, through Meditate: School of Mindfulness. She aspires to be a yoga therapist in the near future.

Danna is motivated and energetic in her teaching style with a gentle, friendly approach. Come enjoy her energetic flow, inspired by her love for Kundalini and Vinyasa yoga.

Annie

Meet Annie, a vibrant soul who recently completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training. Her journey with yoga began as a quest for self-discovery and a way to find balance amidst life’s chaos. Passionate about health and wellness, Annie is always on the lookout for ways to help others feel their best. She believes in the transformative power of yoga, not just as a physical practice, but also as a means to cultivate inner peace and mental clarity. Her own journey through yoga has taught her the importance of self-care and holistic well-being. In her classes, Annie blends her love for yoga and Pilates. She understands that true strength is a harmony of body and mind. Her sessions are dynamic, focusing on building physical strength through thoughtful sequences that challenge and inspire. Annie’s classes aren’t just workouts; they’re invitations to explore the depths of one’s potential. With a genuine desire to make a positive impact, Annie has combined her love of health and wellness and in sharing the joy of yoga, in hopes to uplift the spirits of all who cross her path! 

Ashley

Ashley is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher, Holy Fire II Reiki practitioner, and photographer based in the White Mountains. She has a passion for integrating breath work, meditation, and movement to create a holistic experience that nourishes the mind, body, and spirit. Within her classes, she hopes you will discover the power of yoga and the potential for growth within yourself.
